Owner/founder Flaminia Morin (Flaminia moved from Rome to Miami with all her family recipes - like her grandmother’s special marinara sauce Sugo della Nonna)  and chef Paolo Del Papa (Chef Paolo apprenticed under the famous Chef Antonello Tagliabue and describes his cooking “as fresh and genuine Italian as it gets”) have teamed up to bring a delicious taste of Italy in North Miami located near Aventura, Bal Harbour, Miami Shores and Sunny Isles across from Prestige Motors. Yes, Pasta! was created with one thing in mind - to bring Italian specialties made only with fresh local and imported Italian ingredients. The pasta dishes are made-to-order (you can create your own dish by selecting the type of pasta, sauce and topping) to please seafood, meat lovers and vegetarians alike. Chef Paolo prepares Italian specialties like Dentice al forno (Red Snapper with shrimp, mussel, calamari), or Filetto di manzo con pancetta (Beef Tenderloin wrapped with pancetta in a herb sauce) or Calamari and zucchine fritte (fried Calamari and zucchini) and daily special dishes that change with the availability of fresh ingredients. For lunch, the attention is on light soups, fresh salads and delicious innovative paninis (the delicious Italian sandwiches). The lunch combo offers all the favorites at great value prices.
